We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional with proven experience in selling IT solutions and services to Government departments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), and Government agencies. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships within the government ecosystem and hands-on experience in projects involving CERT-In, STQC, cybersecurity, digital transformation, compliance, or other IT-related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Central Government, State Government, PSUs, and other public sector organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officials, consultants, and system integrators.
- Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Understand government procurement processes, including GeM, RFPs, EOIs, tenders, and bidding procedures.
- Drive business for services related to:
- CERT-In Security Audit
- STQC Certification
- Cybersecurity Solutions
- IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services
- Digital Transformation Projects
- Information Security Compliance
- Managed IT Services
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.
- Track market trends, government initiatives, and upcoming tenders to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–10 years of experience in Business Development, Government Sales, Enterprise IT Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience working with Government departments, PSUs, or public sector clients is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of CERT-In, STQC, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud services, or related technology domains.
- Familiarity with GeM portal, government procurement policies, and tendering processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Experience
- Existing network within Central/State Government departments and PSUs.
- Experience working with cybersecurity, compliance, audit, or IT consulting organizations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

We are looking for a VAPT consultant having experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing for network/web application/databases
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Web & Mobile Application security assessment.
- Conduct application penetration exercises using automated tools, customized exploits, and manual analysis.
- Conduct network penetration testing, system vulnerability assessment & security configuration review.
- Provides analysis and validation post-remediation.
Requirements & Skills:
- Knowledge of the OWASP Top 10, SANS top 25, WASC security Standards
- Knowledge of common web application attack vectors such as SQL injection, CSRF, XSS, Session
- Experience in manual application penetration testing of web-based applications, thick-client applications, mobile applications, web services, APIs
- Must have strong experience in carrying out web application-based VAPT including web crawling and building custom scripts for SQL injection and browser exploitation.
- Must be adept at carrying out mobile security testing covering aspects like app VAPT, Mobile app server VAPT and preferably some knowledge of mobile code review for popular platforms like IOS/Android.
